We've been breeding champion Yorkshire Terriers for over 7 years and are affiliated with a breeder with 25 years of experience. Our pups are bred to have exquisite, show-stopping features, but to have wonderful personalities as well!
Our Yorkies are bread to American and Canadian champions. With just a little daily care and a lot of love, your dog should remain healthy and happy for 12-15 years.
Yorkies are fun, feisty and loving. They're loyal, friendly, and will give you more love than you can imagine!

Yorkies were originally bred to catch rats. They're terriers, so they're good guard dogs. They became fashionable as lap dogs in the early 1900s in England. Now, they make amazing pets and are loving companions for life! Yorkies are happy with indoor life, but do love to have a walk or a playground outside, shade your new Yorkies from sun. Yorkies are easily trained to use puppy pads to relieve themselves, a perfect dog for people in wheel chairs or just need to be home. Perfect for working people as they will stay alone all day with no problem.
Yorkies are loving, feisty, people-loving dogs. When you form a relationship with a Yorkie, they'll always want to be near you, often underfoot! They like to play, cuddle and have fun.
Yorkies like to please their owners, so they are easy to train. You just have to do it early because they are strong-willed, and once they learn habits, they're hard to undo.
Yorkies are small dogs, and average between 5-7 pounds. They can be as small as 2.5 pounds.
Yorkies can be trained to go outside or they can be pad-trained in the house. To keep their hearts, joints and bodies healthy, they should get about 40 minutes of exercise a day. They love to walk and run outside. It's preferable to use a harness when you walk your Yorkie, rather than a leash that goes around their neck. Their little necks are delicate!
If well cared for, Yorkies can live up to 12-15 years. Make sure you have a well health check with your vet once a year. Well bred Yorkies rarely have issues at all. WE recommend cleaning their teeth once a year, clean teeth are the best way to treat your dog to a long life.
Yorkies are normally healthy animals. They can have issues with knee joints if they jump from furniture that is too high for them. Remember, their little limbs are delicate! Dental problems can be an issue if their teeth are not cared for, so brush them regularly!
There are many different styles for Yorkies. If you want a short-haired puppy cut, you might want to groom every 4-6 weeks. For longer-haired show dogs, you will groom less often. But always make sure your dog's hair combed to prevent knots, trim their nails regularly, and clean the tears from the hair beneath their eyes daily.
There are several signs your Yorkie is happy. If your dog experiences sudden bursts of energy, called "zoomies," that's a good sign! She might run around the house very quickly and even make a funny growling noise for about a minute or so. It's just excitement - don't try to stop her or reprimand her. Zoomies mean she's happy!
If your pet cuddles up to you and takes naps on you or near you, that's also a good sign. Close to a dog is similar to a hug!
If your Yorkie puts their paws on you, it's their way of saying "I love you!" They can't use their words!
If your Yorkie looks you straight in the eyes (while blinking), that's also a good sign she's happy.
Yorkies can sleep up to 20 hours a day! If your dog takes a lot of naps, in addition to sleeping through the night, it's a good sign. Dogs that don't nap a lot might be anxious and feel the need to stay awake.
Yorkies can be left alone for hours at a time. Once they are comfortable in your home and about 7-8 months old, they might stare at you as you leave. This is not to make you feel guilty. They're telling you they trust you and know you're coming back. As pups, they might get a little hyper when you walk out the door. It's just means they're going to miss you. Give them lots of love and attention when you get home! If your puppy is under a year, to avoid mistakes, peeing on floor, etc. Feel free to use a puppy playpen (Zampa) is the brand I use your puppy or crate them in a crate, they are safe and happy there. You wont need that as soon as your puppy is fully housebroken.
Our babies are adopted quickly, so reach out to reserve your furever friend or to ask any questions.
